Yes — they're separate products under one account. A construction company might use Sympl · Signal to win public work and Sympl · CMMS to manage the facilities they operate. Billing is per product.
Can I export my CMMS data at any time?
Yes. CSV export of all assets, work orders, PMs, parts, meter readings, and audit log is available free on every CMMS plan, with no vendor permission required.
How is Sympl · Signal priced?
Signal pricing is based on territory size (counties / districts covered), the number of verticals you monitor, and seat count. We size it based on your coverage area — reach out and we'll scope it for your territory.
What does "BYO Provider" AI mode cost?
You pay your AI provider directly. Sympl · CMMS does not mark up or resell AI API calls. We pass your key through and never store credentials.
Is there a free trial for Professional?

What happens to CMMS data if we cancel?
You have a 90-day export window after cancellation. We do not hold data hostage.
