Within each county we discover the public buyers that issue work — school districts, municipal authorities, parks systems, utilities. Discovery cost is shared across the territory, which keeps pricing low.

How is Sympl Signal priced?
By the size of the market you cover — the public buyers in your counties — Pick your counties (or a location and service radius) in the calculator and it calculates your price from what is actually in them. The per-buyer cost drops as your coverage grows.
What counts as a "buyer"?
A public body that issues work — school districts, municipalities, counties, parks systems, utilities, and authorities. Each buyer is counted once, in its home county, so overlapping coverage is never double-billed.
Can I start small?
Yes. Coverage starts at $99/mo — typically a home county or a small metro. Many teams start there and expand into a full territory as they win work.
Why do some counties count for more than others?
Because they hold more buyers — and more buyers means more opportunities to track. A suburban county full of school districts, townships, and authorities is a bigger market than a rural one, and the calculator prices each by what is actually there.
What about multiple territories or statewide coverage?
Select every county in the state and the calculator prices it — a smaller state can cost less than one dense metro. Very large multi-state footprints are custom-priced, and if you service multiple areas or regions we offer discounted multi-region pricing.
What happens to my data if we cancel?
You have a 90-day export window. Full CSV export is free at any time, and we never hold your data hostage.
What does "bring your own provider" AI mode cost?
You pay your AI provider directly. Sympl Signal does not mark up or resell AI API calls — we pass your key through and never store credentials.
Is my data portable?
Always. Free CSV export of your data is available on every plan, with no vendor permission required, and a 90-day export window on cancellation. We do not hold data hostage.
