Are these templates really free?
Yes — the PDFs download directly, with no email address, account, or trial required. We make field software for construction teams; the templates are the paper version of forms our product runs, and useful on their own.
Can I edit the templates?
The PDFs are print-ready and designed to be filled by hand in the field. If you want the same forms as live digital templates — filled on a phone, signed on the device, filed to the project automatically — that’s what Sympl · Project’s forms engine does.
Will more templates be added?
Yes. The toolbox talk library grows by roughly two talks a week, and more field templates are planned. Everything added here follows the same rule: complete, usable as-is, and never behind an email gate.
