Import the schedule your scheduler already builds — Primavera P6 (XER) or Microsoft Project (.mpp) — with constraints and dependencies preserved. View it in Sympl, make light edits, export it back. Nobody has to abandon the tool the contract requires.
Critical path, readable in the field
Critical path display with float visualization, in the same app the super already opens for daily logs. Light in-app edits handle the non-baseline changes — sequence tweaks, date slips — without waiting for the weekly scheduler session.
Connected to what the crews actually did
The daily log — photos, crew check-ins, T&M, weather — lives beside the schedule in the same system. When the as-built story gets questioned, the schedule and the field record that proves it are one click apart, not two exports and a subfolder.

Why is most construction scheduling software the wrong size?
Because the market built for the two extremes. At one end, Primavera P6 — the professional scheduler’s instrument, correct and deep, and unreadable to a foreman on a tailgate. At the other, enterprise platforms like Procore, where the schedule is one module inside a system priced on your annual construction volume and rolled out by an admin team you may not have.
Self-perform teams sit in the middle. Your own crews do the work, so the daily question isn’t program analytics — it’s whether the super can see what’s critical this week, log what actually happened, and get a slip reflected without waiting for the Friday scheduler session. That’s the job this module does: keep P6 or MSP as the system of record, and make the schedule legible and current where the work is.
