A territory is the area you sell into — a collection of regions (counties, metro areas). Tell us the territory; we set it up. You’re billed by regions covered, in simple tiers.
Shared intelligence
Within each region we discover the public entities that issue work — school districts, municipal authorities, parks systems, utilities. Discovery cost is shared across the territory, which keeps pricing low.
No seat walls
Pricing scales with coverage, not headcount. Add teammates to the dashboard and briefs without per-seat upcharges. Denser regions mean more entities — and more opportunities — at the same tier price.

How is Sympl · Signal priced?
By the number of regions you cover, in simple tiers. A region is a county, metro area, or district group. We never bill per-entity, so adding coverage inside a tier never changes your bill — you only step up when you cross into a larger tier.
What counts as an "entity"?
A public body that issues work in your space — school districts, municipal authorities, parks systems, utilities, counties, and authorities. We discover them per region, ~50 on average, up to ~100 in larger or denser counties.
Can I start with just one region?
Yes. Single Region coverage is $99/mo. Many teams start with their home county or metro and expand into a full territory as they win work.
Do denser regions cost more?
No. You’re billed by region, not by entity count. A dense county with 100 entities costs the same as a smaller one with 40 — you simply get more entities and more opportunities at the same tier price.
What about multiple territories or statewide coverage?
That’s custom-priced. Larger footprints get volume pricing — and we can run an initial coverage discovery first to map your exact regions and entities, so the number is firm before you commit.
What happens to my data if we cancel?
You have a 90-day export window. Full CSV export is free at any time, and we never hold your data hostage.
